This coin has great detail, but looks as if it might have been cleaned and/or recolored in the past. It is an excellent example of how careful one must be when buying coins on eBay, for example, when the seller has provided pictures such as the one below which I have taken with the flash. In reality, the coin looks like something in between the flash and the sunlight pictures.

I didn’t buy this one on eBay, but from a dealer after holding it in my hand. It was advertised as EF, but priced as choice VF ... and since that is what it is, and I needed this date for my collection, I went ahead and bought it!
