1897-** (Brussels mint, trial pattern??)

The edge of this coin shows one complete and one incomplete star. According to V. V. Kazakov, the incomplete star is a so-called "birdie" -- Uzdenikov refers to them as "ticks" -- of the Brussels trial pattern coins. If this is true, then I got extremely lucky because I bought this on eBay as a regular-issue, Brussels-minted rouble!
