It’s hard to see exactly what is going on with this coin. There are shadow impressions of the crown and wreath on both sides.

The date looks very much like it was overstruck on the last digit (3/2). The eagle necks are struck partially incuse, and the shadow crowns look like they are also slightly incuse at the edges.
