This is the wider rim variety of the “CC” large-head types listed in the catalog of V.V. Kazakov (coin No. 66, obverse design A3). Severin lists only two large-head varieties; this one would correspond to Severin No. 562. The small-head types (Severin Nos. 560 and 561) are listed by V.V. Kazakov as pattern coins and are extremely rare, whereas all the large-head varieties are easily found. The "OCC" variety (Kazakov actually gives "POCC" here) is slightly more common, however.
